Agile product development with SCRUM |
|
We have been using the widely used Scrum framework to develop products and concepts very efficiently for over 25 years. It can be used in all areas and shows its strengths particularly well in an agile environment. Thanks to its lean and uncomplicated structure, Scrum is very clear, quick to learn and can therefore be put into practice quickly. A significant difference to the classic methods and frameworks is that it deals flexibly with changes in circumstances and requirements and even welcomes them.
