Course Overview
This course is based on the official Scrum Guide from the initiators of Scrum. The training prepares you for certification with scrum.org. A significant difference to classic methods is that Scrum deals flexibly with changes in circumstances and requirements—and even welcomes them.
With the knowledge acquired in this training, you can take the Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I), or Professional Scrum Developer (PSD I) exams. The examination language is English.
Learning Objectives
This course teaches the basics of the Scrum framework. The roles of "Product Owner", "Scrum Master" and "Developer" are covered in detail. After the training, you will be able to use the framework in your daily work and fulfil the roles provided by the Scrum framework effectively.
